HOBBIT develops APK3

When a new computerprogram is being introduced in an organisation then it is necessary to synchronize the processes of the new program and the processes within the organization. This has to be done also when for instance a new helpdesktool is introduced. In that case most of the times the processes as described by ITIL are taken into considiration.

To be able to describe the processes in a systematic way HOBBIT has developed a methodology. In a few stepsit becomes clear in which way the releavnt processes are orgianized. Based upon the documented processes it is possible to decide which changes are necessary or in which way the new program has to be adjusted.
