We concentrate on four subjects

Process management
New computersystems and the processes within the organisation have to be synchronized. If necessary the system or the processes have to be adjusted.

HOBBIT has developed a system with which the processes can be described. The so called APK3 method. In a few steps the processes are brought into view and documented. From there it is possible to propose and realize changes in a structured and maintainable way. Or it gives the opportunity to open the discussion with the distributor of the systeem in order to change the system.

Service desk implementation
For the implementation of a service desk we use BMC Service Desk Express (SDE). This tool is adjusted to ITIL and is very flexible. The flexibility is important, because that offers the possiblity to adjust the tool to changes in the workprocesses. On the other hand this flexibility may cause some confusion. That is why a very thourough basic but full blown implementation model has been prepared, the Alignability Process Model (APM). With that model an implementation can be realized in a fixed amount of time.

Desktop and network engineering
For the maintenance of desktops and network we ca deliver and implement samrt tools from BMC Sofware and LANDesk.

Technical support
For the implemenation of the tools we deliver we give full technical support. Also after the implementation you can call us for assistance be it temporarily or more structural.
