Service desk implementation

HOBBIT is a specialist in implementing service desks. We have the experience and the knowledge The tool we use is BMC Service Desk Express. This tool supports all the ITIL processes. The flexibility of the tool makes it a usable tool for organization which start with a service desk, but also for organizations at the other end of the spectrum and which use IT as a value. The tool can grow with the orgnisation. Realising changes is very easy and SDE is scalable as well.

Based upon the experience wtihin 200 and more organization a standaard implementation model has been designed, the Alignabilty Process Model.
