• Take the motorway A4 in the direction of The Hague
• Turn Nieuw Vennep [4]
• At the trafficlight turn left (N207)
• Follow this road for about 11 km
• At the trafficlights right (Ring West/Centrum; Eisenhouwerlaan)
• At the traffic lights go left.
• To your left you can already see HOBBIT's building
• At the next traffic lights turn left, left again, and again.
• Now you're on a parallel road.
• Drive onto the parking place.
• HOBBIT is in the last building.
