By car from The Hague

• Take the motorway A4 towards Amsterdam
• Turn of at Alphen aan den Rijn [N11]
• After about 8 km on this road turn left at the traffic lights
• Follow the road past Avifauna
• At the uneven crossroads go up and turn left at the traffic lights
• Go past the Shell petrol station and turn right at the traffic lights
• Turn left, and again left
• Now you're on a parallel road.
• Drive onto the parking place.
• HOBBIT is in the last building
