Route description

By car from Rotterdam

• Take the motorway A20 and turn towards Utrecht on the A12
• Turn of at Bodegraven / Alphen aan den Rijn (N11)
• Follow the semi high way for about 8 km. Then at the trafficlights turn left and at the next traffic lights turn right onto the Eastern Circle.
• Keep the water on the left hand side
• At the second roundabout turn across the bridge
• At the traffic lights go left.
• To your left you can already see HOBBIT's building
• At the next traffic lights turn left, left again, and again.
• Now you're on a parallel road.
• Drive onto the parking place.
• HOBBIT is in the last building.
