By car from Utrecht

• Take the motorway A12 to Den Haag/Rotterdam
• Get of at Bodegraven/Alphen aan den Rijn [N11]
• Follow the semi high way for about 8 km.
• Then at the trafficlights turn left and at the next traffic lights turn right onto the Eastern Circle.
• Keep the water on the left hand side
• At the second roundabout turn across the bridge
• At the traffic lights go left.
• To your left you can already see HOBBIT's building
• At the next traffic lights turn left, left again, and again.
• Now you're on a parallel road.
• Drive onto the parking place.
• HOBBIT is in the last building.
